Tom Likes personable and professional

I recently asked Tom to add a product to my web site. I am completely techno illiterate, and additionally, I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do in some areas, and was irritatingly picky in other areas. Tom was timely both in answering our e mails, and in working on the site. He was patient with us, easy to get along with, professional and creative. We would highly recommend him .
